Pros
NC provides a lot of work to understand typical client requirements in OSS and BSS domains. I worked in Solution Delivery Department and it provided good opportunity to understand billing, rating requirements of client, client side visits are common, salary is satisfactory, good for beginners who want to explore how multiple teams throughout world work together
Cons
Scope of learning is limited, work gets monotonous as ones experience in company increases, management is bad in delegating and knowledge sharing, politics with client and teams, work life balance gets disturbed with project development, non brainstormed initial decisions with client regarding design, man-days, approach of work, agreements.
