Pros
- start my student career here, in a year get an opportunities to lead other people - good atmosphere in the team - some managers are very good at feedback - you can participate many additional courses in training center (like personal soft skills, etc) - ability to travel with business trips across the globe - international communication skills will be improved
Cons
- in our project the management promised too much so the project became nonstop overtiming party good for short time but on permanent (no please!). - many students and non qualified people presented, of course they can be moved to other projects but is it an issue anyway, - Very bad HR work in Samara office (this office literally the worst across all NC development offices), also HRs dont want to work with local community and dont spread company atmosphere (they probably think students will come anyway).
