1. Recently it has fired many of employee from Pune. 2. They hired a JAVA people but there is no or very less java work. 3. There will one line manager (some random people) apart from your regular project manager in which you are working, who do not have visibility about your work and he will submit your performance review, apart from your work if you do not have good relationship, he will make your life hell. 4. They can fire you any time. 5. Most demotivating company with Russian culture of work style, if you are working in US or UK based organization, do not join. 6. No team spirit and do not have visibility about project and work, everything is managed by Russian. 7. Worst working environment. 8. No policy driven company, same policy will apply different on different people. 9. If you are coming from good company, you will feel this kind of company exists in IT. 10 Sort term projects. 11. Very high rate of iteration. 12. Late appraisal
