Pros
1.) Flexible Timings you can align your office timings according to your schedule there are no strict restriction. 2.) Appraisal Hikes- till Now i have received good Annual Hikes 3.) Onsite Opportunities- onsite opportunities are good. 4.) Good Supportive Team
Cons
1.) Appraisal timings are not good from last few years we are getting annual hikes after 3-4 months but still a good point they are applicable from the respective cycle date only. 2.) Some times the work allocation is not as per your skills or expertise area.
