Pros
1. If you want to learn, you have a world class product to learn. 2. If you are in APAC project, you can play bigger roles. 3. If you are fresher, serve your bond period and get the hell out of here.
Cons
1. Onsite opportunity is a subject of beggary rather than talent. 2. Too much power vested in the hands of few non technical managers who understand nothing about project. 3. No transparency in project allocation or onsite travel. Whoever is close to PM, will get it first. 4. Generally, whoever opposes the management for the genuine issues, gets sideline and he/she has to move on. 5. Managers are great in making fake promises .
