Pros
Job security is very less And manager always dominanting employe. Work culture is not good lot of pressure. They hire me for C++ and after my probation they gave me Business Analyst related work that is not match my skill. And they expected more. So I personally suggest don't join it.
Cons
Very Bad company please don't join. This is not place for experience person. Manager and Russian are dominated us. My senior also try to exit from this organisation. fresher have 2 year bond it is non negotiable. If they want employee not perform well they immediately terminate instead of notice or gave the training to employe
