- Proprietary framework & product, which takes months to learn. So you become outdated, and stay relevant to that company only. - Bad management. Indian "leaders" are just puppets of Russian management, and have no say. - Company poses as product based, but internal structure is service based. You have to go through interview processes for every new project probably every 6 months. - Long bench time. Many senior members have to be on the bench for several months sometimes. Again, you become outdated. - Threats and bullying. New top leaders would actually threaten you over your experience & relieving letters, just to squeeze extra time & work out of you in the notice period. Yeah, no kidding. Hope this helps.
