Worst company to work with - Software Engineer Netcracker Technology Employee Review

They don't have any policies for employees. No work hours defined. People are working here day and night more than 15 hours a day and expecting the same from others. And even after doing that no hike increment. After leaving org as well HR behaviour is worst. no proper exit formalities no reliving letter. You have to chase them for every now and then for simplest of things. Beware of going into such organisation.
