Current compensation policy - Sales Operations Analyst Netcracker Technology Employee Review

The current compensation policy in my country. I've been working in the company for two years now, and they say they can't revise the compensation due to the current political situation. They can't offer me another position with better pay. So I'm stuck, I have twice as many responsibilities compared to when I started, and I feel that I'm underpaid. I wouldn't like to leave the company, but there's just now way for me to move within the company.
