      not as such , they just give severance package which is salary of your notice period. which might better from startups.

      Cons

      if working on core product development team. there is no development work , only support tickets. all power resides with CIS team , India development team is just bogus. Also they have firing policy no matter what is the mood of the market. They fire employee each year
