Pros

None other than a few of the people I work with on my team.

Cons

Very unorganized sales leaders who do nothing besides scare you into hitting an unrealistic number that is far higher than the industry norm. I would also add that the turnover and number of faces that have come and gone in sales is laughable. The pay is also below what other similar positions pay.
