Pros
They truly do mean it when they say this is a family oriented company. Part of the reason I enjoy working here is the relationships that I have cultivated over the years. The cultural events that have happened over the last few years have been amazing and i hope they continue. I know i speak for everyone when I say the the company appreciation trip to the DR was a blast and I hope that we do something like it again. It really helped to bring us closer as a team.
Cons
The Benefits are still not great and are still expensive. I wish they would bring back employee 401K matching instead of this unfunded pension they have. If you are not in sales you do not hear about anything going on in the company, or see any rewards. Everyone else is required to work just as hard yet they do not see any benefits.
