7yThis review is inaccurate in that of our 50+ sales personnel staff average tenure is over 7 years with Netrix. Sales reps that actually show up each day to work and engage with clients, prospects, and our vendor partners, build an excellent portfolio of clients that continue to work with Netrix for many years. Our employees have built excellent annuity-type portfolios of business upon which they make a growing annual income while servicing their clients as long-term business partners. This is the model we have always followed to the mutual success of our clients, our employees, and Netrix as a whole.
