In terms of job security, you don't need to worry if you're doing your work on time. and Netrix is having a good culture and an open-door policy for everyone you can reach out to the CEO without any layer. They treated employees like family. Many people are working with Netrix from Last 20 Years so you can decide where you want to go. Join the company and have fun.
Cons
We're hard workers so sometimes you've to stay in the office late at night. But again I am saying sometimes not all the time.
