Pros
This is a young-energy, hungry, growing company. There is a grass roots, entrepreneurial atmosphere. Everyone is expected to give at least 100% and the standards are very high. You are held accountable to be your best. Great client base, great vendor base. Decent benefits, nice work environment. They really try to hire the best fit so that everyone fits into the fast-paced culture right away. There's still a small company feel even though they are growing.
Cons
Because of the rapid growth, there may be some mixed messages and mild confusion about who is responsible for what. Some of the benefits are on the expensive side. If you are sensitive and can't handle firm-contstructive criticism, this is not the place for you. They say it like it is, without sugar coating - don't expect coddling here (this is not really a con, more like reality).
