Pros
Netrix is a client focused organization that provides their customers with a single source for the evaluation, delivery and management if IT. There is no limit to what you can sell and they have a tremendous marketing team that supports sales and company initiatives. There are very few organizations that can deliver a comparable level of value to their clients.This organization is growing at a rapid pace both through acquisition and organically. They look to add the very best talent available in the market today and it shows as the caliber of customers they work with today includes Fortune 500's, very large financial organizations, healthcare organizations and global service providers with complex networks.
Cons
The company needs to put a better commission structure in place for it's reps. Because this organization is growing a such a rapid pace year over year it can be challenging to keep up with all the changes to the culture but overall I would say that's a positive.
