Pros
Coworkers in my department were awesome.
Cons
Lots of growth and aquesiton in the last year. That normally isn't bad except when you don't fully integrate those companies and take away all of the internal access rights. Then you send out an email to the company every week or two celebrating more acquisitions and your current employees are floundering to figure out who does what.
