Pros

This used to be a great company. Great culture and great talent. Netrix was a customer-first company. Not anymore!

Cons

Netrix is not the same company it used to be. Since the legacy ownership wanted to get rich and turned the company over to a private equity firm, Netrix went from being well-recognized as a tech-driven company to becoming an embarrassment to the industry. Yes, Embarrassment. Netrix bought companies not to grow or expand their services but to bubble up, so they are seen as a large global tech company. The new leadership under the private equity firm had destroyed everything Netrix was known for. All the new leadership cares about now is money, so they can collect, get out and move on to destroying other great companies. The new CEO should be a shame of himself. He markets himself as a leader, but the first thing he does is tell people to quit and leave. This is different from what true leaders do. How about you learn what the company is about, what the people are struggling with, what kind of help they need to be successful, etc.? Don’t assume everyone is dumb. Today Netrix is being advertised as a global tech company. A global tech company that increased its rates by 100%, a tech company that can't support its customers, or a global tech company that is forcing talented people to leave. Netrix is a lie. Poor leadership, fake culture, fake company. If you are a customer looking for an IT partner, please do your research, as Netrix is different from what they seem to be. If you are a talented engineer looking for your next move, don’t waste your time and career on Netrix. Advice for management? It is hard to provide advice to management when the entire management is driven by private equity—no point in speaking out. They know better.

Pros

opportunities to learn about multiple types of clients and systems, and multiple opportunities for advancement

Cons

little to no training for certain people when transitioning to different roles (but full assisted training for others) - upper leadership runs as a "boys club" and dismisses concerns about employees/processes - service desk holds on to employees even when clients repeatedly complain about them and even after re-training they don't perform to expectation - constantly asked to work over time to make up for being understaffed
