Leaders focused on growth - Think about it for a minute? Why would you work for a company where there is no change? Why would you want to do the same thing over and over again? At Netrix, lots of new ideas, changes, and new processes happen quickly. For this reason, revenue has tripled over the past few years. Employees including leaders truly work hard, no question.
