Pros

I am in sales, and have been part of many product companies. I have never had a better vision and team to help me sell in my life. A couple examples 1) Office of the CSO. Imagine being a sales rep and having a team of former top Cisos you leverage daily to help you get the door open, build trust, prove your value, and stays to win the deal with you. 2) SE/SA team. Imagine having the very best SE team in the industry 3) Vision. Imagine having a story & message that every clients response is, oh wow this is where we need to go. It is not if but when. 4) CEO and Culture. Imagine having a CEO who tells every person in the company to text him night or day. A culture where no a**holes are allowed and it is stated on the wall.

Cons

Growing pains if your a person that needs a lot of structure, then this is not the place for you. If you want deals to land on your lap this is not a place for you. You do need to work for your deals but leveraging your network, working close with marketing and channel. If you do these you will be fine. It is still early for our adoption, it be a crawl, walk, run.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
