Pros

- inside sales team is super collaborative and even with SIP, the team puts in a lot of effort to stay connected / work hard - Genuinely feel like management cares about our success - Employees bleed Netskope, the product (for the most part) is far better than our competitors

Cons

- Netskope may have 1k+ employees but they are still figuring a lot of stuff out around processes - Sales Cycles are taking longer and are much more competitive (most likely due to COVID 19) -Mid Market sales team doesn't get a lot of love, mostly focused on field sales.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
