      Pros

      I've worked at some great companies in the valley and Netskope by far is the best to date. Strong products solving some challenging issues in the enterprise network security arena that people said couldn't be done. Strong leadership that does what they say they're going to do. They walk the talk. I'm surrounded by employees who are much smarter than me who I can constantly learn from.

      Cons

      Though in our later stage, we are still a startup.  Which can equate to an "all hands on deck" at certain times. This isn't a 9-5, Monday - Friday job. However, the rewards and satisfaction outweigh the effort.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
