Pros

Once prospects see our products they like what they see and are engaging. Everyone I work with has been top notch. We push each other to get better and have a healthy level of accountability to ensure mutual success. I am excited to see what the future brings for the people of NetSkope! All of our leadership goes to bat for us every day to ensure we have what we need to succeed and live balanced lives!!

Cons

Typical growing pains of a rocket ship, but things are still able to change quickly to adjust for what is needed.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
