Pros

There are brilliant people here. It is possible to forge meaningful relationships with peers in your group.

Cons

-Long-time sales team members flex that they have "the CEO's cell phone number" and use that when they don't get what they want. -Sales blames everyone else when things go wrong. -The product isn't working for bigger customers. -Radical changes are made and aren't seen through to the end. -Lots of blame between parts of the org -Very behind on caring for mental health in a post-COVID pandemic work setting

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
