      Pros

      Netskope offers offers opportunity as well as a positive culture. From Sanjay down to the field team members, everyone is pulling in the same direction. I have yet to experience any negativity or colleagues that are "burned out". There is a real work / life balance here and it's very successful. It also helps that the product is second to none and continues to expand its feature set as well as net new logos.

      Cons

      Everyone wants to make more money and everyone feels they are worth more than they actually are. The fact of the matter is that Netskope's comp plan is great AND it's paired with a real work / life balance. Not to mention equity in a very successful company that will IPO in the future.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
