      Pros

      Netskope has a great culture and it is a great place to work. There is a work from home strong culture and has employees all around the globe. The solutions provided by them are very good and help the customers to secure their web and cloud usage with great perfomance. The company is growing at an incredible rate and has a worldwide coverage. Sanjay, the CEO, is very open to hear from all the employees and its a very intelligent person.

      Cons

      So far I have no downsides to declare.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
