Pros

Technology is great My peers are supportive and willing to help

Cons

Executive leadership is out of touch, especially the CEO and CRO. Refuses to understand that success breeds success, rather than management by fear. Bifurcation of territories makes no sense and negatively impacts ability to achieve quota, very few reps make their number. Company is doing great though. Very long sales cycle, 24 month average for sweet spot market opportunities, 48+ months for major accounts. Marketing is lacking, no true brand awareness compared to competitors. Career opportunities are very limited. Culture has changed drastically in 3 years

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
