Cons
Employees often work overtime. The job assignments are unreasonable, and the performance reviews are based solely on the manager’s opinion, making them highly subjective. There is also a serious blame culture, which is unhealthy for the organization. I remember the CEO once said he wanted to build a company that feels like home. It is not true.
