      Pros

      I appreciate that our management trusts their employees and provides the autonomy to take ownership of our work. This fosters a sense of responsibility and growth. For those close to our offices, there are regular opportunities to connect with colleagues! Everyone has been very willing to help each other out, and there's a great deal of collaboration on projects.

      Cons

      So much to accomplish in our journey to public readiness. This has had a bit of an impact of a work/life balance.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
