Pros
* What stands out most about Netskope is its product. I firmly believe that they have an exceptional product (with great potential for further growth). * My direct manager before I left really cared a lot about the team. This makes me say that it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Best manager ever! very human and always looking for the well-being and growth of everyone. * Also IT and the cybersecurity team, they were one of the best teams I have ever seen in a company. Always innovating so that “we” could do our job. * The professional talent at Netskope is world class. You meet people who are really bright and willing to help. At times it felt like everyone was pulling in the same direction, which is critical in any work environment. * Finally the recruiting team was great, the best I have experienced so far. Patient, attentive and really care about finding the best talent. Additionally the payroll team helped me by covering a month's salary for VISA related issues, which I don't think you see everywhere. Although I am sure this is an exception and not the norm.
Cons
* Despite being the best product I have worked with, it has its flaws. These problems affect end customers, although on this point it has improved a lot, there is still a long way to go. * The sales team sometimes promises too much and this becomes a burnout for the customer. Sometimes it can be solved in other ways, but sometimes it means losing a customer. * Documentation is another important point that I believe needs substantial improvement. Many times you find yourself with documentation that should be available to end customers and partners. * The offboarding process with HR was horrible, one of the worst I've ever had. I will leave it there.
