Pros

Transparency: Netskope genuinely fosters an environment of openness. Information about company performance, strategic direction, and departmental goals is regularly communicated, helping employees feel connected to the larger mission. There's a strong effort to ensure everyone understands where the company is headed and how their work contributes. Company Culture & Values: The culture at Netskope is truly one of its strongest assets. There's a palpable sense of collaboration, respect, and mutual support among colleagues. The company's stated values are not just words on a wall; they are actively lived and promoted, creating a positive and inclusive workplace where contributions are valued. Development Opportunities: Netskope invests in its employees' growth. There are ample opportunities for professional development, whether through internal training, access to external courses, or challenging projects that expand skill sets. Management generally encourages and supports career progression within the company.

Cons

Workload Due to Rapid Growth: Netskope's impressive growth, while exciting, sometimes translates into a demanding workload. The rapid expansion means that teams are often stretched, and while everyone is dedicated, this fast pace can make it challenging to maintain an ideal work-life balance. More focused strategies on scaling resources and optimizing processes alongside growth could help.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
