      Pros

      An industry leader that has proven, year over year, to drive the direction of the industry when it comes to product innovation. The team and culture are the best that I have experienced and there are many people joining Netskope from the competition. The company has a strong outlook for the future and has continued to chip away at becoming a more and more mature company ready to enter the next phase of it's growth.

      Cons

      The company has a huge appetite for ongoing innovation and improvements in processes and efficiency. This can make work-life balance is challenging at times. Some benefits should be checked to ensure they are competitive -- such as 401(k) matching.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
