Business Outlook
Pros
Netsmart had a lot of great people, a neat office space, good benefits, and a competitive salary. I was interested in the work that I was doing.
Cons
I was fired four months in for poor performance. I averaged a 50-hour work week in what was supposed to be a 40-hour work week, and genuinely tried my best with the guidance that I was given. I was told I could reapply at Netsmart as the role itself just wasn't a good fit, but I felt that my dismissal was approved with very little investigation, and I hesitate to work for a company that would treat an employee with such disregard.
