- They do not reward excellence with pay increases. Getting an EXCELLENT on the Annual Review does not equal a pay raise - I was promised a salary increase several times throughout my tenure there and it never happened. Always got denied. Terrible place to work for if they're going to lie to their employees. They want you to work hard, take on more and more responsibilities without honoring them with the wages due. - Several employees have expressed the exact same thing happening to them. - You have to beg for benefits too. No 401k, no healthcare, no life insurance, etc.
