      The employees are awesome to work with. Middle management has a few people who genuinely care

      Cons

      Management and ownership have a severe disconnect on their low level employees. Long term employees are underpaid and the ability promote from within is hindered.

      A smaller Dev Team means more hands-on coding for you Good pay for a high schooler (15/hour) An amazing and friendly team made working fun Remote

      The company isn't a SWE company, so some of the projects aren't for clients but rather internal company projects.
