Company seems to be more focused on money now and less on the people that got them where they are. They have taken away company perks such as company vehicles for travel and the end of year bonus was almost an insult this year. Salary raises are non-existant and promotions are almost unheard of. THey think they are competitive with salary in the market, but they way underpay for the industry.
