Constantly reorganizing, no consistent strategy/leadership, and now they're whacking people left and right with little explanation. Also, there's a huge caveat to the "best talent in town" part. Lately they have been bringing on subpar people. My theory is that they finally realized that top tier talent will simply move on if they get pigeonholed or stuck on a bad project with no hope of being reassigned.
