Cons
Post-merge has been a bumpier ride than many employees could tolerate and attrition is an issue. Our leadership at that time failed to foreshadow the complications of mergers (salary, benefits, structure, parity, et. al.) and how they affect employees in different markets.
Now remaining employees have to do more with less.
Executives need prescience.
