Pros

Incredible experiences you won’t get anywhere else. Minimal bringing work home. Plenty of documentation time during the work day. Not micromanaged. Room for growth but no extra pay. Like family work environment.

Cons

Can be stressful, low pay, long commute, no extra pay for anything more you take on outside your job description. Some old style beliefs from upper management. Not transparent about really anything going on. Everything always feels like a big secret. Fire or don’t do anything to keep good employees while allowing crappy employees to run amuck with minimal to no consequences.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
