Pros

My boss is amazing! She makes the job fun and is always there to support not only the participants but all staff as well. There is always room to move up the ladder if you have good work ethic.

Cons

The pay, the benefits are expensive and some management is not responsive to staff. all the negative reviews I’m sure are from those who don’t do what they are suppose to do.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
