Pros

Flexible hours, always extra hours, pay rate is a little low, but overall it is a rewarding job.

Cons

It is a rotating door of employees. You either quit within your first week or you're there for years. This company is not for everyone, but it is a good job to get your foot in the door for human service work.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
