Pros

The residents! They all have a positive attitude, want to be as independent as possible.

Cons

Co-workers are verbally abusive , with no training, or just don't care. Higher-ups won't address these issues, just want heads in beds.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
