Pros

Loved my job. Flexible schedule, great environment prior to covid, WFH when necessary.

Cons

Multiple supervisors over the years. KNOWING new hires are making more than you after 6 years of employment. Supervisor not knowing your responsibilities. Don't complain, you'll be gone in a flash.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
