I was able to address my concern with Administrator

Cons

Unfortunately, after getting an award and a bonus, I still don’t get a raise even if I am the only nurse who stayed for so long. I am the most senior RN. Even if I am the most senior, the new nurses are getting paid more than me but they end up leaving and not staying for so long. They only use this Company as a training ground or for experience. They leave for the hospital after few months at NeuroRestorative.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
