Pros

Flexible work schedule..That's about it. It's a terrible place to work. Management is the most terrible I've ever encountered.

Cons

Terrible pay. Management does not support its employees. Management encourages employees to come to them with problems but blames them and makes it seem like the employee has the problem

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
