Pros

Direct managers are understanding. Staffing is an issue. The hiring process is very long and drawn out.

Cons

No raises in years. Less than $1 seen in multiple years of working with the company. Very small facility so finding time off can be difficult.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
