Pros

It is a 15 bed facility with 2 nurses and 2 CNA's so the work isn't terribly hard. 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends Easy to request a day off Great option for new grads or those close to retiring

Cons

Very low pay Lazy co workers

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
