Friendly staff and good benefits

Cons

Needs to have appropriate managers/directors in place that have education and experience. Needs to care more about ethics and culture of staff and patients. Directors lack empathy and exspect a lot from lower management and support staff. Need to have more realist expectations

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
