Pros

Nice facility. That's about it.

Cons

They don't listen to you, they don't care, admin sucks, they don't want to pay you. You'll never recieve a raise. The residents will abuse you, and you will get into trouble for it because they can't be bothered listening to anything you have to say. They are trying to get all experienced aides out of the building so that they don't have to pay anyone a fair wage for the work you do.

Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
