      JV ruined a great workplace culture forced to go to an hourly rate, and no bonus scale like the rest of the hourly workforce upper management is absolutely toxic progression and raises have been on a freeze for over a year now, for no reason at all

      Pros

      You get 4 10 hour shifts, it’s a pay check

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and is very dramatic, company touts all its benefits and those benefits will not care for you when you go to the doctor, very little support from HR, you will be publicly called out if you make a mistake, some are allowed to take multiple long breaks every hour and you will get no support and management says nothing. They pick their favorites and if you are not one you are left to your own devices to find something.
